Terms of Service for InboxNull

Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), InboxNull ("InboxNull", "we", "us" and/or "our") provides access to human + AI-powered inbox cleanup services (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for and using InboxNull’s Services, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Service
InboxNull provides email management and cleanup services, combining automation with human oversight. This includes:
- Manual and automated cleanup of your inbox
- Sorting, labeling, and archiving emails
- Managing subscriptions and newsletters
- Creating filters and productivity workflows
- Ongoing inbox organization and reporting
The Services are delivered via direct access to your email inbox, either through login credentials or secure third-party tools.
3. Fair Use
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for the information you share with us. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, nor may you use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
4. Access and Security
To perform the Services, you may grant us access to your email inbox via credentials or authorized email clients (e.g., Spark Mail). We treat this access with the highest level of confidentiality and restrict use solely to performing the contracted services.
You may revoke our access at any time. However, doing so may result in the immediate suspension of Services.
5. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may use secure third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Spark Mail, Superhuman) to perform Services efficiently. We do not share your inbox content beyond the operational scope of delivering Services. If future integrations (e.g., Google APIs, analytics, automation platforms) are introduced, we will update our Privacy Policy and notify users.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, methods, and materials created or used by InboxNull in the delivery of Services (excluding your personal inbox data) are the intellectual property of InboxNull or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any aspect of our service model, website, or tools without written consent.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations
InboxNull operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the selected plan.

- No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of the billing cycle
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with prior notice
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work (which includes both manual and AI actions), we do not offer refunds for Services already rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
InboxNull does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, email providers, or integrations.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INBOXNULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InboxNull in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse the service or our team
- Your payment fails repeatedly

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute or claim related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the U.S.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
